Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VidsRank (vidsrank.com and app.vidsrank.com). By creating an account or using VidsRank, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any YouTube channel you link to VidsRank.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VidsRank to violate YouTube’s Terms of Service or Google’s policies, to scrape or resell data obtained through VidsRank outside the product, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record; by subscribing, you also agree to Polar’s applicable terms for payment processing. Prices and plans may change with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Intellectual property

VidsRank and its content-generation outputs are provided to you as a tool to inform your own content decisions — you own what you create based on our suggestions. VidsRank retains all rights to the underlying product, software, and brand.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

VidsRank is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Content suggestions and analytics are informational and do not guarantee any outcome (views, subscribers, revenue, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidsRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using VidsRank and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do; continued use of VidsRank after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
